Life can be overwhelming for kids and teens—especially when they’re navigating big emotions, family changes, or personal struggles. As a certified coach, I provide 1:1 play-based coaching that helps young people build confidence, resilience, and emotional awareness in a safe, supportive space.

Play is how kids process the world around them. Through games, art, movement, story-telling and conversation, I guide them to:

  • Set boundaries and speak up for themselves

Coaching focuses on practical tools, emotional growth, and forward movement—and often works beautifully alongside clinical care to support a child’s overall well-being.
