Mentorship & Coaching Session

Service Description

Each coaching session is scheduled for 60 minutes, but I allow up to 75 minutes when needed. While we aim to stay within the hour, I never want our time together to feel rushed or clinical. Healing, clarity, and growth don’t always fit neatly into a box—so I leave space for deeper conversations, breakthroughs, or simply the breathing room you may need that day. Kids and Teens will typically run 45-60 minutes depending on their attention span and ability to be present. This is your time, and I’m here to hold space for it with care, presence, and purpose.
